Sheer Data LLC ("Sheer Data," "we," "us") designs, builds, and operates agentic AI systems for enterprises. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our websites (sheerdata.com, rovas.ai, sheerfinancial.ai, clear-close.ai, remedihealth.ai), our applications, and our related services.
When you sign in to our applications using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information to authenticate your session and understand who is using our products.
We collect server logs that include IP addresses, request timestamps, and general usage patterns. This data helps us monitor service health and improve the product.
When you use our agentic AI systems, we may temporarily process metadata about your business documents, infrastructure, and data sources. Results are generated in real-time and streamed to your browser. We do not store your source data after your session ends.
Our vertical products handle data specific to their domains. Sheer Financial processes financial data locally on your device. Clear Close processes mortgage documents. Remedi processes clinical documentation subject to HIPAA requirements. Each product's data handling is governed by its specific terms and any applicable BAA.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our services (such as cloud hosting providers), and we may disclose information if required by law.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), signed session cookies, and secure credential storage. Connection credentials you provide for scanning are stored in an encrypted secrets manager and are never logged or exposed in plaintext.
Our applications use a session cookie to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and expires after 24 hours. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
Session data is retained for the duration of your session (up to 24 hours). Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes. We do not retain scan results or infrastructure metadata beyond the active session.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@sheerdata.com. You can end your session and clear your session cookie by clicking "Sign Out" in any of our applications.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date.
