By accessing or using the services provided by Sheer Data LLC ("Sheer Data," "we," "us"), including our websites (sheerdata.com, rovas.ai, sheerfinancial.ai, clear-close.ai, remedihealth.ai), applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Sheer Data designs, builds, and operates agentic AI systems for enterprises. Our services include purpose-built AI agents for insurance due diligence, healthcare compliance (Remedi), mortgage operations (Clear Close), and financial services (Sheer Financial), as well as custom agentic AI system development.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to scanning algorithms, assessment methodologies, reports, and user interfaces, are owned by Sheer Data LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and scan results.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our agentic AI systems will identify all issues, anomalies, or compliance gaps in your data or operations. Our systems are advisory in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security or compliance decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheer Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using our services at any time.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
